After living here for almost one month, I am happy to say that my review remains unchanged, Ashley is still as responsive as ever and the maintenance staff is 10/10. Being a new building there were some issues right when I moved in, but Alex was extremely quick in getting them fixed and in most cases fixed the problems the same day or the next day, always making sure to communicate with me throughout the process. I am moving from across the country and my biggest stress was finding a place. I had to rent sight unseen to secure my timeline and that is something I never thought I would be comfortable with. However, Christina was very helpful and took me on a video tour of my actual unit and answered my questions over multiple calls. I am working with Ashley as well and she has been so nice and responsive. I’m excited to move in and get started here. I toured the building near the end of the construction and the amenities look amazing. I have a View that goes to the horizon from my unit and the rooftop has sweeping views of the skyline. Definitely check this place out! 5 min walk from the Path, right in the main part of journal square and easy to get to and from. When I rented there were no fees, no pet fees, amenity fees or anything. Just security and first month! I’m confident this is going to be a great place to live!
I just finished a tour of the building. The building is not yet rented, so there are still final touches needed, but I love what I see. It is very high on my list to consider, so I have some thinking to do in regards to my personal life before signing the paperwork. This place is ideal for young professionals who wants to live a luxury/good life, but on a budget for the area (easy access to NYC), so you are willing to sacrifice some space to make it happen. Christine was so open and available to me at anytime! She was also super clear when it came to my questions. The building is a beautiful building super close to the path train and city! I was super excited about the building having a dog park near by. What made me fall in love with the building is the view wow you can only wake up and feel inspired ! Super excited about this space.
