Bryan came out to my house to discuss some foundation concerns I had. He was fantastic and very thorough. He gave me some great information about the current state of my house as well as some things I could do that would help avoid water damage to my foundation. He took the time to answer all my questions and walk the whole property with me. Would definitely recommend.
We had been looking for a company to perform some foundation repairs/evaluate our situation. Brian Wooldridge, of Dalinghaus Construction was one of the bidders. He performed a thorough analysis of the house, communicated with us throughout the engineering process, and provided a solid bid. No attempt was made to 'upsell' us on 'preventive maintenance' which we really did not need. The focus was on getting the house back to a solid footing. They have been patient with us, as we are fixing the root cause of the problem [leak in the plumbing] prior to having them fix the foundation. Could not have asked for a better guide/construction mentor than Brian Wooldridge and Dalinghaus Construction.
Phil and the Dalinghaus team came recommended from a colleague of mine. I called their team and they were out the same day, which reduced a lot of anxiety on our part as we were concerned about a slab foundation slant. Phil was great, he quickly measured around our home and put our fears at ease. We fortunately had no significant foundation issues, but if we did I'd have zero hesitation about hiring the Dalinghaus team. Thanks again guys for your responsiveness and help!
