Jeff was awarded in 2021 and 2022 ICON Status at eXp Realty for achieving exceptional sales volume and exemplifying eXp Realty’s core values (Top 3% out of 87,000 agents). Jeff was also named in eXp Realty’s 2022 Top 50 Agents of the Nation list. Matheson Group Realty was also recognized in the top 1 percent for volume and units sold by the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Jeff also has 15 years experience as a successful real-estate investor in the Ottawa market. He has an intimate knowledge of the Ottawa real-estate market and has learned how to navigate the waters of investment property, including AirBnB properties.
