Upstairs Remodel Kansas City

KCBR worked with us to remodel the upstairs of our home in Overland Park and we couldn't be happier. Brianna worked with us on designing a layout allowing us to remove the wall between our main bath and main closet and finish the attic space of our garage to become the new closet. She was awesome at incorporating all of our asks and creatively working with the space we had. Travis managed our project and we were able to always get updates when we needed them, if they weren't already provided proactively. We had maybe 4 days of the 3 months long project where there was no work being done - they were very efficient. All the folks working at the house were professional and friendly. We'll be using them again for remodeling other parts of our home and recommending them to all our friends.

Master Bedroom renovate Kansas City

My husband & I hired KCBR to renovate our MB ensuite (Bedrm, BathRm, walk-in Closet) after interviewing 3 well known area contractors. We selected them based on an HOA recommendation, and our meetings with one of the owners. We felt Anthony was an exceptional young man whom we could trust. Since my husband is in a wheelchair, we wanted to adapt the suite to be ADA compliant for his handicap. Not only did they work with us to ensure the best functionality, design & aesthetics, they went out of their way to stage the project so that hubby was moved comfortably, with maximum privacy, and our other furniture was also moved professionally! Every crew member was courteous, trustworthy, and very talented at their trade! Office staff was marvelous, and very accessible! The only reason I didn't give them the highest rating for the "on time" category was for a couple of delays, mostly beyond their control! The outcome is an ensuite that is gorgeous, functional, and will serve us well for the future. All the family & neighbors who have come for the tour give it 5 out of 5 stars!! If you have a renovation project in mind, we highly recommend this firm!!
